Step 1 - Order
Choose the vehicle you want to purchase.
Our car search engine will help you search through our inventory.
You can also customize search depending on your requirement and preferences. Detailed photos and specifications can be seen for each inventory.
If you are unsure of which car to get or have any other questions, you can also use our Live Chat to talk with our team anytime by clicking the question mark “?” on the side of your screen.
Step 2 - Complete your order
Set your purchase criteria such as the destination country, destination port, and so on.
Depending on the vehicle or your country, some vehicles are not available for direct reservation. In this case, please click on “Get an Estimate” and complete the inquiry form. You will be contacted with an estimate by our team as soon as possible.
For vehicles from our partners’ stock, please complete the inquiry steps to receive an estimate from our partners.
Step 3 - Make the payment
Bank wire transfer
You shall send the money only to SBT Co., Ltd. Beneficiary accounts in Japan.
Available bank transfers are either:

Step 4 - Shipment
You can track your car’s shipment status through My Page > Estimate and Purchase. Your delivery information will be available for each order. Moreover, you can also download important documents such as the B/L.
Step 5 - Customs clearance
Complete customs clearance.
Each country can have different rules. You are responsible for checking the rules regarding the importation of the vehicles of your choice in your country.
